Royal Pillow has been in business for over 24 years, under the same name. If you make a purchase on the web site and are not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days for a  refund.

Return Policy

Buyer is responsible for return shipping, when returning merchandise withing 30 days. We will gladly “adjust” the pillow, add/subtract fill for you. If more fill is require, we will charge you for the difference in density, and if you  like a softer pillow, we will refund for the fill we take out. Buyer is responsible for return freight, we will shipped back at no additional shipping charge. Consumer satisfaction is our goal.

Minimum Orders

We have relaxed our minimum order requirements.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped within 10 working days (we make each pillow to order, we don’t stock them). We do EVERYTHING possible for prompt delivery. ADD to that, what the carrier takes ( OVERNIGHT, 2nd day air, 3 day ground …etc). Even if you choose NEXT DAY SHIPPING, don’t expect your order to arrive “next day”. Hawaii and Alaska have to call.

UPS ground is the most cost effective way to ship pillows, other options may turn out to be expensive. We are in Miami, allow an additional 3 to 6 days for UPS to deliver (3 days to NY, 6 days to CA). If you need something in a rush contact us and we will try to accommodate your special needs.
